Withers continues growth of US litigation team with addition of esteemed litigator Stephen P. Younger

International law firm Withers continues strategic growth of its US litigation and arbitration team with the arrival of senior counsel Stephen P. Younger in New York. Steve joins the firm from Nixon Peabody.
Steve is a highly respected litigator and trial lawyer with over 35 years of experience representing clients in New York, as well as a sought-after arbitrator and mediator. His clients include individuals, financial institutions, mutual funds, hedge funds and private equity funds, real estate developers and multi-national companies.

Steve is a former president of the New York State Bar Association and is an adjunct professor at Fordham Law School. He also serves on the advisory committee to the New York Supreme Court's Commercial Division. He is President of the Harvard Club of New York City.
His arrival at Withers follows the recent hire of international arbitration partner Floriane Lavaud, also in New York, and special counsel Conte Cicala in San Francisco.
