2 | Zero hunger

We support food security and sustainable agriculture through partnerships with Oxfam and the Black Farmer Fund.

3| Good Health and Wellbeing

Our commitment to the wellbeing of our people is embedded in our Responsibility Framework and our pro bono work for The Jed Foundation helps protect the emotional health of teens and young adults.

4 | Quality education 

We are committed to providing a diverse workplace with opportunities for all, improving access to legal and professional careers from all backgrounds through outreach programs, apprenticeship schemes and a rigorous recruitment process.  We are working towards Mansfield accreditation.

5 | Gender equality 

We promote universal access to sexual and reproductive health and reproductive rights through our pro bono support for the Center for Reproductive Rights.

63% of our global workforce are women and 43% of our global partnership are women, including the two most senior roles in the firm. We stand with and support the rights of transgender and non-binary members of our global communities and deploy training on gender identity and transitioning at work. 

7 | Affordable and Clean Energy 

We are actively involved in the energy transition, increasing the share of renewable energy used in our international operations where available and improving the energy efficiency of our office operations. 

10 | Reduced inequalities 

Our commitment to empowering and promoting the social, economic and political inclusion of all is reflected in our pro bono work for the Center for Reproductive Rights, City Bar Justice Center, Connecticut Veterans Legal Center and Hong Kong LGBTQ+ rights and the Clooney Foundation for Justice amongst others.

12 | Responsible Consumption and Production 

Our Environmental Sustainability Strategy supports us to minimise waste and maximise the value and utility of materials and products used in our office operations. 

 13 | Climate Action 

We are committed to minimising the environmental impact of our operations and aim to reduce our carbon footprint in line with the Paris Agreement and are working towards setting a net zero target. 

14 | Life below water

Through our pro bono work with the High Seas Alliance and the United Nations we are supporting the implementation of international law to enhance the conservation, protection and sustainable use of oceans and their resources. 

16 | Peace, justice and strong institutions 

We provide legal services without charge to those who cannot afford counsel, with the goals of improving the lives of our clients, increasing access to justice and defending human rights.

17 | Partnerships for the goals 

We engage in global partnerships, mobilising and sharing our legal knowledge and expertise to effect positive change and support the achievement of the SDGs.
