Stephen is a senior counsel in the litigation and arbitration team.
Stephen focuses his practice on complex commercial and securities litigation, arbitration, commercial appeals and has tried many cases in federal and state court and before arbitration panels. He regularly represents financial institutions, mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate developers and multi-national companies in commercial, securities and real estate disputes. Due to his experience in the ADR field, he is often called on to serve as an arbitrator or mediator in high-stake matters.
