Advised Singapore-based venture capital firms Alto Partners on the establishment of a new umbrella VCC, Forge Ventures VCC, and in the launch of its inaugural sub-fund, a venture capital fund targeting investment in a "concentrated portfolio" of 15 companies, with a focus on Singapore and Indonesia and the edtech and fintech sectors in particular.

Advised MDI Ventures and Finch Capital jointly in their launch of an early-stage investment fund - Arise. The Arise fund has a target of US$40 million in assets under management and will invest in start- ups in the post-seed to series A stage with an average ticket size of between US$ 250,000 and US$ 3 million.

Advised Anatole Investment Management Limited in its Series D round investment in Shihui Inc., which operates a food community electronic commerce service platform in China, by subscribing Series D preferred shares for a total consideration of US$50 million. 

Advised Anatole Investment Management Limited in the purchase of Series E preferred shares in Bytedance Limited, the parent company of TikTok, from an existing shareholder off the secondary market.

Advised Green Growth Feeder Fund Pte. Ltd., the Singapore-domiciled feeder fund for the Green Growth Equity Fund, an Indian Alternative Investment Fund, and the sponsor, Eversource Management Holdings Ltd. 

Advised Monex Inc. on the establishment of a fund in the Cayman Islands as well as on related Japan regulatory issues.
