Eugenia is an associate in the intellectual property team.
Before joining Withers, Eugenia has worked for Italian law firms where she has mainly dealt with IP law. She has developed experience in supporting clients in intellectual property rights matters, through the negotiation and drafting of a wide range of commercial agreements, including agreements for the acquisition, licensing, distribution and exploitation of intellectual property rights (trademarks, patents and design), sponsorship, franchising, joint-venture agreements, and also agreements for the protection and exploitation of image rights and copyright. She also provides assistance concerning IP rights disputes, either judicial and extrajudicial, and, in the context of corporate deals, supports clients and the other teams in commercial transactions involving intellectual property matters.
