Zoe works closely with our global sustainability committees – diversity, equity, and inclusion; the environment; giving back; pro bono and wellbeing – to support sustainability initiatives, projects, events and campaigns.
Withersworldwide is placing an increased focus on business sustainability across our global firm, both internally for our people and externally for our clients. Internally, we have a sustainability framework that includes the areas described above. Zoe is particularly involved in measuring, reporting and mitigating our carbon emissions, coordinating charity fundraising and tracking and communicating our pro bono activity.Zoe is an internationally experienced sustainability professional having worked for sustainable development charities before restructuring her knowledge and experience towards the business case for sustainability. Zoe believes passionately in the ability of business to foster a culture of wellbeing for its people, support the communities in which it operates and find solutions for a sustainable economy that addresses the challenges of climate change and social inequality.
