Our charges
We usually agree fixed fees for specific applications at the outset of a matter. Where fixed fees do not apply, we charge according to time spent advising you in line with our hourly rates, which are currently:- Partner: £665 - £745
- Associates: £490 - £565
- Paralegal: £260 - £305
Our fees and hourly rates may be subject to UK VAT at 20% and are reviewed annually (variable on 1 July of each year). Disbursements eg Home Office filing fees, 3rd party charges and other services we obtain on your behalf as part of a matter) are chargeable separately, and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations and bank charges where transactions are made in a currency other than Pounds Sterling.
The work we undertake is complex, often cross-divisional and international, and tailored to each client's circumstances. Our fees are not conditional on approval and processing times are not guaranteed.

- submit the application or request on your behalf, complete the relevant filing formalities on your behalf and provide instructions where an in-person appointment is required
- maintain contact while we await a decision, and keep you informed, and
- provide post-decision advice and forward physical documents we receive, setting out next steps and information relevant for your future planning and records.
