Zephan Chua

Zephan is an associate in the litigation and arbitration team.

Zephan's areas of practice includes joint venture disputes, company and shareholder disputes, contract claims, restructuring and insolvency.

Zephan graduated from the Singapore Management University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Laws and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2020. Prior to joining Withers KhattarWong, Zephan trained in a local law firm where he assisted in a number of prominent restructurings involving cross-border, fraud and shipping elements.
