Tina is a consultant in the Withers tech corporate team.
Tina has almost 30 years of experience representing venture capital funds and emerging technology companies on international financings, exits and commercial transactions, as well as US IPO's. She co-founded JAG Shaw Baker in 2012, a strategic law firm advising entrepreneurs, companies and investors in high growth technology, which merged with Withers to create Withers tech in 2018.Qualified in both New York and England and Wales, Tina has been an active contributor to the development of the technology and venture capital ecosystem in Europe. She was a leading force in the development of model documents for seed stage technology companies published by Seedsummit. Tina also has experience working within fashion and fashion tech.

I am a right brain/left brain thinker that has had the privilege of being part of the growth of the global technology ecosystem.
I have helped take public cutting edge life science companies and worked with many of Europe's most notable technology companies throughout the years, such as Soundcloud, Farfetch, and Wise (formerly Transferwise), I have also worked with numerous global investors, including Northzone (Spotify early investor), Atomico (founded by Niklas Zennström of Skype), Index Ventures, Seedcamp, and Highland Capital Partners.
Prior to embarking on my legal career, I was a recording artist, backing vocalist and songwriter. I continue to write and perform.
