Theodore is a senior associate in our litigation and arbitration team.

Theodore has a broad commercial practice. He has advised clients in investor disputes, including investor-state disputes, complex shareholder agreements, construction & engineering, technology and finance industry disputes. He also advises on cross-border probate and administration, commercial fraud, torts, insurance and tenancies. He has acted at all levels of the Singapore courts and in arbitrations in the International Chambers of Commerce (ICC) and Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).

Theodore is recognised as one of Singapore's 30 most influential lawyers under 40 by Singapore Business Review 2023 and is a Rising Star Nominee for asialaw rankings in 2024.

He has been invited to panel discussions to share key insights on the dispute resolution scene, including arbitration and mediation, as well as topics on technology and A.I. adoption in businesses.

Theodore speaks English, Mandarin and Vietnamese. He regularly advises clients in China, India, Indonesia, Hong Kong and the South-East Asia region.
