Tanya is an associate in the private client and tax team.

Tanya assists high net-worth individuals and families with their wealth and succession planning matters. This includes advising clients on cross-border tax planning, trust and foundation structuring, family governance, family offices as well as related tax and regulatory matters.. Tanya also has experience advising multinational conglomerates on broader Malaysian legal and tax matters, spanning cross-border M&A and global restructuring exercises.

Prior to joining Withers KhattarWong LLP in 2022, Tanya spent 5 years in the tax and wealth management team at one of Malaysia's most prominent international law firms, where she also advised affluent families on their trust and estate planning.
