She has over a decade's worth of experience leading in complex and high value commercial real estate investment transactions, across all asset classes including offices, retail, logistics, data centres and retirement living. Ruby acts as the trusted advisor to a number of family offices, overseas clients and institutions investing into UK property. She leads on complex secured lending transactions, acting for banks and alternative lenders as well as borrowers. Ruby heads the India Subcontinent group at Withers and has a close relationship with a number of large global banks with Indian desks.
