Rachel Koh

Rachel is an associate in the litigation and arbitration team.

Her area of expertise is civil and criminal litigation, spanning all levels from the State Courts to the Court of Appeal. She has handled a wide variety of civil matters including contractual disputes, breach of fiduciary duties, employment disputes, property disputes, tortious disputes, bankruptcy/insolvency, tax, intellectual property disputes and contentious probate matters. She has also handled criminal cases ranging from corruption and criminal breach of trust to theft and road traffic accidents.

Rachel has also assisted clients in navigating the mediation process.
