Rachel is an associate in our trust, estate and inheritance disputes (TEID) team.
She acts for private individuals, trustees, executors and charities across a range of inheritance, will and trust disputes. She has experience of issues relating to contentious estate administration, the validity and construction of wills (including questions of capacity) and the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. Rachel's experience also covers Court of Protection matters, including statutory will applications.Rachel trained at the firm, also gaining experience in residential and charity Real Estate, Private Client and Tax and Corporate work. She enjoyed developing her interest in charity and probate work, working with the commercial real estate team on the real estate aspects of contentious probate disputes. She also developed a thorough grounding in a variety of non-contentious trusts, wills, and tax matters, as well as in international and domestic succession planning.
