Philip is a first seat trainee in the Commercial Litigation team
Philip currently works on various cases involving APP fraud, civil fraud and professional negligence. Before embarking on his training contract, he gained valuable experience as a paralegal in Withers' Commercial Litigation team, where he assisted on high-value claims that involved the obtaining, enforcing and resisting of worldwide freezing orders.
Philip is fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and French, the latter being a language he picked up during his university years. He is very proud to share that he recently reviewed over 20,000 French documents for a cross-border dispute (and lived to tell the tale).
