Neha concentrates on high net-worth individuals in complicated and high conflict matrimonial and family matters. She represents clients in Supreme and Family Courts in the greater New York area and has extensive litigation experience.Prior to entering the private sector, Neha spent many years as a court-appointed defense attorney in Manhattan, representing low-income New Yorkers in child welfare cases. She was most recently Counsel at a mid-size NY law firm for many years, where she managed all aspects of divorce litigation and settlements, post-judgment financial and custodial issues, and drafted prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
Neha is a compassionate and fierce advocate for her clients. She has strong skills in communication and problem-solving, helping to guide people through family law matters - whether through negotiations or litigation. In her free time, she loves to travel, cook, play tennis and read. Neha lives in Westchester with her husband and three children.

I have a wide range of experience in working with families – from representing parents in child welfare proceedings, to working with survivors of domestic violence in obtaining orders of protection, to helping individuals navigate complicated custody and financial issues.
