He has experience in a range of real estate-related transactions including conveyancing, sale and purchase of shares in property holding companies, development and redevelopment, financing and re-financing, mergers and acquisitions, disposals and tenancy matters in respect to commercial, residential and industrial properties. He has also advised a number of Hong Kong listed land developers and major international banks.
