Maria is a paralegal in the corporate team.
She works with attorneys to provide assistance with corporate and trust investment structures, transaction planning and implementation. Maria provides support in the care and maintenance of corporations, limited liability companies, trusts, and private trust companies, both US and non-US, including CRS and FATCA compliance matters. She is also a general project coordinator.
She is a former instructor of rhetoric and composition at Southern Connecticut State University, her position as a paralegal affords her the opportunity to bring her reading, writing and analytical skills to projects to better serve our clients.
