Kyle assists both employers and employees, and has worked with local, national and international charities of all sizes in sectors such as humanitarian aid, education and poverty education.
Kyle has experience in advisory, transactional and contentious matters, such as unfair dismissal, discrimination and workplace investigations, in the Employment and Industrial Tribunals, the High Court, and the appellate courts.
