Justin is an associate in the corporate team.
Justin services clients that include founders and entrepreneurs, startups and early-stage companies through to large private companies, as well as high net worth individuals, creatives, talent and their advisers.His corporate experience includes M&A transactions, equity investments in private companies, corporate reorganisations and other transactions, as well as advising on corporate governance and general business and company law, in sectors that span across sport, brands, fashion, manufacturing and technology amongst others.
After originally qualifying in Australia and relocating to London, Justin was drawn to Withers given the firm's focus on clients that have in common an entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity about the world and how it could be different, as well as our role as a firm in understanding each client's vision, ideas and motivation and helping bring them to life.

I'm passionate about the roles of innovation, entrepreneurship and business in moving the needle forward for people and planet.
Living and working as an Aussie expat in London has been an incredible adventure and opportunity to experience different cultures, people and perspectives and I now think of myself as a global citizen. Professionally, it has also enabled me to take a step into a much bigger and interconnected world, which has broadened my mind, curiosity and insights whilst also enabling me to build relationships with some great and interesting people along the way.
Outside of cars, music, food and travel, I'm passionate about the roles of innovation, entrepreneurship and business in moving the needle forward for people and planet or creating movements that inspire people and generate value in the world.
