Jordan is a senior associate in the litigation and arbitration team.

Jordan has broad experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in general and complex civil litigation before federal and state courts, as well as arbitral bodies. She has guided clients through issues spanning contract and warranty disputes, art law, employment litigation, securities litigation, fraud and negligence, and constitutional law. Her clients have included a major digital asset exchange, a well-known conceptual artist’s estate, large financial services and asset recovery firms, entrepreneurs, investors, and real estate companies. 

In her pro bono practice, Jordan has advised public interest organizations, authored an amicus brief before the First Circuit on behalf of a law scholar advocating for a federal right to education, and represented an indigent criminal defendant on appeal, achieving a vacatur of judgment and remand for new trial after arguing before New York’s Second Department.

Jordan earned her JD from Harvard Law School and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Elizabeth A. Wolford of the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.
