Jill is an associate in the corporate team.
Jill assists corporate and venture capital clients in a range of matters, including cross-border investments, joint ventures and acquisitions. As a member of Withers Tech, her work involves assisting clients with emerging tech deals and products on the market. Having previously been based in Shanghai, she enjoys working with our Mandarin-speaking clients looking to invest into the SEA region.
Prior to this, Jill has also assisted in matters relating to cryptocurrency disputes and cross-border investigations with the firm.
