Jane is a senior knowledge consultant in the corporate team.
Jane joined Withers in 1995 as an associate in the corporate department, specialising in private M&A and investment work, switching to the role of knowledge lawyer in 2003. Jane now supports all the business division lawyers in relation to knowledge and precedent resources and also with organising legal training.
