Ilyse is a partner in the real estate team.
She practices with the real estate group and is based out of the New York office. She assists the firm's clients with all aspects of luxury residential real estate including purchase and sale, construction, renovation and design. A unique area of her practice is working hand in hand with New York City cooperatives and condominiums, particularly new developments on behalf of our clients and their specific needs. Ilyse has extensive experience with the preparation, review and negotiation of commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, brokerage agreements and non-disclosure agreements.Recent recognition
