Hannah is an associate in the art law team.

Hannah's work focuses on art transactions, and she deals with purchases, sales, loans, consignments, and charitable giving of works of art.  Through her work on these transactions and a range of other art related legal matters, she engages in areas of the law such as cultural property, non-profit, international, contract, estate, tax, copyright and moral rights, gift and corporate.

Hannah also focuses on lending transactions secured by fine art. Further, she has a myriad of experiences representing borrowers and lenders in private banking, commercial lending, private equity financing and project finance.

Hannah graduated from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent Scholar and the online editor of the Columbia Journal of Law & the Arts.  Prior to joining Withers, Hannah was a finance attorney at Loeb & Loeb LLP and a project finance attorney at Milbank LLP.
