She assists domestic and foreign clients mainly operating in the industrial field dealing in particular with civil and commercial contracts, M&A transactions, and drafting of opinions in relation to various issues.In addition, she has gained experience in the area of corporate liability under Legislative Decree 231/2001 by assisting national and international companies and groups in the preparation and implementation of Organization, Management and Control Models, also supporting the relevant Supervisory Boards and internal audit functions.
