Gianluca is an associate in the private client and tax team.
Gianluca practices Italian and international tax law, with a focus in the areas of individuals, family business, real estate taxation, financial taxation. He also assists clients with tax rulings, and provide assistance to individuals who wish to benefit of the Italian flat tax regime, inbound workers regime.
Additionally, Gianluca has garnered expertise in assisting private clients with taxation of individuals and trusts, as well as taxation of financial income and protection of family assets, inheritance tax planning as well as in the tax compliance of foreign assets.Gianluca is admitted to the Bologna Bar.
