Georgina is a senior associate in the private client and tax team.
She advises families and individuals on their lifetime and succession planning. Georgina's work includes drafting wills and trusts for UK and offshore individuals and assisting in the ongoing management of their assets, affairs and estates through these, and the establishment of other structures.
Georgina is a member of the landed estates team, whose focus is advising landowning families and managers of rural estates on succession and tax issues.
Georgina is also a member of the elder law team and advises on elder law issues including Lasting Powers of Attorney.
