Garen is a managing associate in the private client and tax team.
His practice focuses on litigating matters on behalf of individuals and families related to trusts, estates and conservatorships, including trust and will contests, breach of fiduciary actions, accounting actions and other related judicial proceedings and disputes.
In addition to litigation, Garen advises fiduciaries and beneficiaries through the administration of trusts, probates and conservatorships. He also advises clients on all aspects of estate planning, succession planning, charitable giving and special needs trusts.
Garen is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the Armenian Bar Association. He was recognized as one of the top up-and-coming attorneys in California by Super Lawyers-Rising Stars list from 2017 to 2021.
