She advises family-owned businesses and international companies on their complex commercial, corporate and finance issues, with an emphasis on M&A.
She has matured transversal expertise in Italian civil, corporate and commercial matters and international contract law as well as in corporate non-contentious and contentious matters, focusing on cases relating to liability of directors, company executives and statutory auditors.

I decided to follow in my grandfather's footsteps and become a lawyer
It is thanks to my grandfather's strong influence and example that I decided to follow in his footsteps and become a lawyer.
Notwithstanding this, I have to say that I have always had a keen interest in helping others in the development of projects and luckily for me, being a lawyer not only allows me to assist our clients in achieving their goals and ambitions but it also allows me to nurture my interest.
I very much enjoy my job and have a strong passion for what I do, however, in my free time I enjoy cooking and travelling.
