Elaine is a paralegal in our private client and tax team.
She works closely with the US Team on a broad range of matters including:
- Trust and estate planning;
- Wills and estate administration matters;
- Estate tax returns and coordination with US custodians holding Estate's assets;
- Real estate structuring;
- Incorporation and maintenance of LLCs;
- Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) reporting; and
- FATCA and CRS reporting.
Additionally, she assists US citizens and green card holders living abroad with regularizing their US tax affairs through participating in the Offshore Streamlined Program and other voluntary disclosure programs.
Elaine also has extensive experience assisting clients with relinquishment of US citizenship and has gained valuable insight into the processes at a number of embassies and consulates. She has assisted clients with their US renunciations in Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia and Malta.
