Edward is a third seat trainee currently sitting in the corporate team.
He is currently being supervised by Mark Lynch and is working on a number of corporate matters such as share agreements and reorganisations. Edward's first seat was as part of the Litigation and Arbitration team where he worked on a number of international arbitration and public international law matters. His second seat was with the Commercial Real Estate Team where he worked on various commercial leasehold and freehold transactions.
