Edmund is a senior associate in the Corporate team.
His practice focuses on corporate law services to private capital.
He advises on a range of transactions from M&A and equity finance to joint ventures and group reorganisations. He is experienced in cross-border transactional work, in particular transactions with a transatlantic element where he works closely with the Firm's US offices.
He also provides a range of company law advice to clients, including on matters of corporate governance, corporate transparency and shareholder disputes.
A significant part of Edmund's practice is helping families and individuals with their privately held wealth. Here his practice covers the establishment of family offices, the funding and structuring of investments, succession planning and the management and disposal of underlying business interests or enveloped assets, including land and private estates.
