The scope of his work spans clearance searches, pre-filing strategy and the prosecution and defence of trademark rights before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (IPTO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
Over the years, Davide has developed an in-depth knowledge of proceedings before the IPTO and EUIPO and has successfully negotiated a wide range of settlement agreements on behalf of Italian and foreign clients.
He handles the management of large, prominent IP portfolios and is able to apply his legal knowledge on a global scale.
Davide is a member of ECTA (European Communities Trademark Association) where he sits on the Harmonization Committee and has been nominated IP rising star for the years 2018, 2019 and 2020.
