Dan is an associate in the private client and tax team.
Dan advises high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and trustees on a wide range of taxation, trust and estate planning matters, including tax residence and domicile issues, as well as onshore and offshore wealth structuring.After achieving a distinction in the LLM (Master of Laws) at BPP University, Dan worked as a paralegal at a legal technology start-up. He then went on to complete his training contract at a specialist private client law firm in London before joining Withers. During his training contract, Dan worked in the Private Client, Family, and Contentious Trusts teams.
