Christine is a company secretary.
She manages the company secretarial function of the firm's two main company secretarial teams which are currently based in London and Singapore. The teams incorporate, administer and advise on the practical aspects of corporate governance of over 400 UK and 200 Singapore registered companies across all sectors of the firm's client base. Current clients include software companies, hotels, fashion houses, private individuals, sports teams and charities.
