Hui Xuan Cheang

Hui Xuan is an associate specialising in restructuring and insolvency.

Hui Xuan graduated from Singapore Management University with a double degree in the Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business Management (Finance). Her area of expertise and practice involves insolvency and debt restructuring, corporate rescues and workouts, distressed and special situation transactions as well as corporate and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Withers Khattarwong, Hui Xuan trained with an established law practice and has had experience handling matters regarding contractual and employment disputes, breach of fiduciary duties, bankruptcy disputes and non-contentious probate matters.
