Celine is an associate in the corporate & investment funds team.
Leveraging on Withers' strong market position in private wealth and tax, Celine works primarily with clients in the investment funds space by providing a ‘one-stop shop’ for private fund managers, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, sponsors and investors to ensure their continued success. This includes assisting with complex fund formation; fund structuring/restructuring; fund marketing; licensing of fund management companies; securities law and related regulatory issues; ancillary corporate documents; and corporate filings.
