Bernetta's areas of practice cover a full range of intellectual property (IP) matters. She is experienced in the management of global IP portfolios for both local clients and abroad, and advises on all aspects of the identification, protection, commercialization and enforcement of intellectual property rights and intangible assets. Having worked with IP clients in varying industries ranging from IT, telecommunications, new technologies, FMCG, food & beverage, cosmetics and fashion, Bernetta is well-equipped in identifying and providing tailored advice to different issues which stem from each client's unique business needs.
Bernetta also specializes in contractual advisory and commercial transactions, particularly in the TMT/IP sector. Her areas of work include advising on and drafting commercial agreements relating to IP and information technology, franchising and licensing, assisting with TMT/IP-focused due diligence and advising on compliance and regulatory issues relating to data protection and privacy.
