Belynda is an associate in the corporate and real estate team.

She has over 6 years' experience particularly in the real estate and property sector. She has represented various client types including institutional, listed/non-listed developers, financial institutions, MNCs, family offices/ high net worth individuals and retail investors in the acquisition/divestment of assets, enbloc sale, enbloc purchase, real estate financing, leasing of real property assets and share sale transactions.

Belynda continues to leverage on her network and expertise and in particular, in the hospitality and leisure sector. Her work includes advising on hotel management agreements, franchise agreements, acquisition of assets and the structuring of complex real estate property transactions.
