Beatrice is an associate lawyer in the immigration team.
Beatrice focuses her practice on private client and corporate immigration law and global mobility. She advises on a wide range of immigration issues, including Residence Visas, Investors Visas and Italian citizenship application (by descent, by virtue of marriage with an Italian citizen or by legal residence in Italy). Practice areas also include tax planning, with particular reference to the Italian res-non-dom regime. She has also practiced in the criminal law, criminal counsel for individuals and companies.
