Ayako is a paralegal in the real estate team.
She has extensive experience in handling real estate and general corporate matters. Her experience also covers a wide variety of securities, funds and regulatory matters.In addition, Ayako handles corporate secretarial services relating to incorporation of various entities, general shareholders meetings, change of director, relocation, share transfer, capital increase and any other corporate secretarial-related issues.
Prior to joining Withers, Ayako worked at the Tokyo office of a major US law firm.
