Anne is chief people officer in our New York office.
Anne Mahoney has close to 20 years of experience, mostly with AmLaw 50 firms, in all facets of human resources strategy and execution. Her role at Withers sees her leading our ambitious recruiting strategy across the world, especially in the US, where we are focused on significant expansion of our teams on the east and west coasts. Anne helps drive major management programs and innovations as well as cultivating a common working culture across all offices, which is particularly important when integrating attorneys in different parts of the world.
She is responsible for partnering with business leaders to develop and execute the people strategy in support of the firm's business goals including driving forward our recruiting strategy, with a particular emphasis on expansion in the US through lateral hires and boutique acquisitions. Her focus is on integrating lateral partners and other new joiners to insure they are supported on a fast path to success at Withers.
