Anna has gained a solid experience in corporate and commercial law assisting small and medium-sized companies in extraordinary transactions and in their ordinary activities.She has devoted an important part of her work to negotiate and drafting commercial contracts (such as tender agreements, license agreements, settlement agreements etc.).
Moreover, she concentrated to the venture capital sector, focusing on investment operations for Italian and foreign startups.
She has worked as a secondment at major innovation companies for the development of small and medium-sized companies.
She has also improved her knowledge in the field of legal tech, drafting a wide range of data protection policies and studying European regulations concerning new technologies (i.e. Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 of the European Parliament and of the Council on markets in crypto assets) and digital services (i.e. Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council on a Single Market For Digital Services).
