Andrea is a senior associate in our litigation and arbitration team.
He deals with the management of national and cross-border legal disputes, both in the pre-litigation phase as well as in the ordinary and special judicial proceedings, including ICC proceedings. He focuses on civil, corporate and commercial litigation with particular expertise on contracts, product liability claims and debt collection. He also deals with bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings.
