Amin is a paralegal in the private client and tax team.
Following his Bachelor of Law in Global Law and Transnational Legal Studies, specialising in International Law, Immigration and Migration Policy, Amin joined Withers as an immigration paralegal. He is part of the private client and tax team in Milan and – in his role – he supports the team in assisting HNWIs and their families in their immigration procedures, helping to navigate the various aspects of a relocation. In particular, he specialises in investor visa applications, family reunion, digital nomad visas and residence permits for highly qualified workers.
He also specialises in assisting the team with Italian citizenship applications through bloodline, residence and marriage. He assists clients with all ancillary activities to facilitate their relocation process, from scouting the right accommodation to applying for the national health system and pet relocation.
