Alanna is a senior associate in the real estate team.
Alanna deals with a wide range of commercial property matters, including developments, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work and real estate financings. She acts for a broad client base, advising developers, commercial institutions, investors, charities and high net-worth individuals.
Alanna joined Withers in January 2019 after working as an associate at Clifford Chance, where she gained valuable experience acting on a broad range of property matters, with a particular focus on joint venture transactions and property acquisitions by way of share sale.
