Adam enjoys working with successful individuals, families and their advisors to achieve long-term estate planning goals together with the tax-efficient transfer of wealth between generations. A dual background in tax and trust litigation allows Adam to understand the importance of family dynamics in estate planning and wealth preservation. Prior to joining Withers, Adam was an associate attorney with a San Francisco boutique law firm specializing in estate planning, trust administration and litigation.
Adam received his J.D. from Georgetown Law Center and an LL.M. in Taxation with a certificate in estate planning from Golden Gate University.
