Withers has expanded its trust and estate planning practice in California with the addition of new partner Naomita Yadav. Naomita joins the firm’s San Francisco office from Ernst and Young, where she was a Senior Manager, and has previously held tax advisory roles at Anderson Yazdi Hwang Minton & Horn, Goodwin Proctor and Baker & McKenzie.
Naomita has a broad practice, providing advice across all areas of lifetime planning and trust structuring, as well as boasting significant experience in complex income tax matters. Naomita’s clients are generally high net worth individuals and families with Californian and federal tax advice needs, as well as cross-border tax and tax residency issues.
