Withers tech advises Vinterior on media-for-equity deal with Channel 4 Ventures

International law firm Withers has advised Vinterior, a leading European sustainable vintage furniture marketplace, on a £3 million partnership with Channel 4 Ventures. 

This investment supports Channel 4's strategy to diversify revenue streams and strengthen its portfolio of home and furniture business investments. It also enables Vinterior to leverage Channel 4's home improvement shows to boost their audience reach beyond their current London focus.
